Paypal allows you to either set up a Paypal account or pay with credit/debit cards.  If you are already familiar with Paypal and have an account you can use it to make your purchases.  If you do not yet have a Paypal account it is very quick and easy to set up and allows you to buy goods over the internet from a wide variety of online stores knowing you are protected by a widely trusted and secure payment process system. Paypal also enables you to make payment without setting up an account if you prefer. We endeavour to send out all orders within 7 days of receiving them, usually within 48 hours.  However during busy times this process can be delayed so please wait at least 14 days before chasing up your order.  If you require a refund having received your order, a request must be made within 48 hours by registered post along with your returned product in mint condition.  We regret that we cannot make refunds on damaged goods or postage costs.
